TUITION PAYMENT FOR ALL CLASSES:

Tuition must be paid by (1) automatic debit or credit card payment; or (2) cash or check by paying for the full Semester’s tuition at the time of registration for Fall Semester, and by January 1st for Spring Semester.  Debit or credit card payments are not accepted for monthly in-person payment.

Tuition payments for School Year Classes are for 34 classes.  In the Studio’s sole discretion, students may receive additional classes at no extra charge. The Studio’s schedule is set with more than 34 classes to allow some room for bad weather days or other circumstances out of our control.

If your debit or credit card is declined, you are responsible for providing a new card within five (5) days of receiving notice of the declined card.  You will be charged a $25.00 fee for any checks returned to the Studio marked NSF. You will be charged a $15.00 late fee for any payments not received by the 10th day of the month the payment is due.

COSTUME & RECITAL FEES:

  • Costume Fees pay for costume pieces, tights, and hair accessories.  Costume Fees do not include shoes, undergarments or alterations.  The Costume Fees are as follows:
  • PreBallet, Combo, PrePrimary, Level I & II, and Mini Level Classes: $80.00 per student per class;

  • Recital Fees:

    In addition to basic recital expenses, this fee includes a digital video of ALL of our end of year recitals. In order to offer the digital version, which allows you to stream recital dances online or download the whole show to your computer, tablet or other device, it is a required fee for each family participating in the recital.

For Students enrolled in School Year Classes, Costume Fees and Recital Fees for the recital are due by November 11th.  If tuition is paid by automatic debit or credit card payment, the card on file will automatically be charged on November 16th.  If tuition is paid by cash or check, payment of the costume and recital fees is due by November 16th to avoid a $15.00 late fee.  AFTER NOVEMBER 16TH, ALL COSTUME AND RECITAL FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

We assume all dancers ARE participating in the end of the year recital and will be auto charged the above fees, unless we are notified otherwise via our costume form.
